Beginners Yoga Trapeze

Turn your practice on its head with our 4-week Beginner’s Yoga Trapeze Course .

Starting Monday 8th September at our studio in Sible Hedingham.

Over four Mondays, we’ll guide you through the fundamentals of aerial yoga in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. You’ll learn:

• Warm-ups & foundations for safe, confident movement in the trapeze

• Breath-led aerial flows that combine the mindfulness of yoga with the conditioning benefits of Pilates and TRX

• Full spinal traction for gentle decompression of the back, hips, and pelvis
