Grounded Hoop Flow — Taster Workshop 18th December | 90 minutes | £25 | Complete Beginner Friendly Step into the world of Grounded Hoop Flow, our newest, softest way to start your aerial journey. In this workshop you’ll explore a grounded, long-strapped aerial hoop that moves with you, staying close to the floor so everything feels safe, supported, and wonderfully achievable. Across 90 minutes you’ll: • Try our progressive conditioning sequence (used in the full 6-week course) • Learn a handful of beginner-friendly shapes and transitions • Get a feel for low-flow hoop movement without the fear of going high • Experience how calming, creative and confidence-building this style of hoop can be This session is a taster, giving you a joyful glimpse into the full Grounded Hoop Flow course launching in January. You won’t be expected to remember a full routine, this is simply your chance to explore, play, and see whether the course is right for you. Perfect for absolute beginners, nervous beginners, anyone who prefers staying close to the ground, or those wanting a stronger, more fluid movement practice. Come curious. Leave feeling capable.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations / Rescheduling Bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule your class up to 36 hours before the start time. Credits must be used within 2 months of the original booking. Cancellations within 36 hours or no-shows will be forfeited. If the studio cancels a class, a full refund or transfer will be offered. Payment Full payment needs to be recieved 72 hours before class to save your space. Spaces that have not been paid for by this time will be cancelled and offered to the waiting list. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. For your safety, if you miss the warm-up you will not be permitted to join the class, and your booking will be forfeited. Safety & Etiquette No jewellery to be worn during class for safety reasons. The studio operates CCTV cameras for security and safety. All belongings and vehicles are left at your own risk. General By booking a class, you agree to these terms and conditions. The studio reserves the right to amend policies when necessary.
