Cancellation Policy
Cancellations / Rescheduling Bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule your class up to 36 hours before the start time. Credits must be used within 2 months of the original booking. Cancellations within 36 hours or no-shows will be forfeited. If the studio cancels a class, a full refund or transfer will be offered. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. For your safety, if you miss the warm-up you will not be permitted to join the class, and your booking will be forfeited. Safety & Etiquette No jewellery to be worn during class for safety reasons. The studio operates CCTV cameras for security and safety. All belongings and vehicles are left at your own risk. General By booking a class, you agree to these terms and conditions. The studio reserves the right to amend policies when necessary.
