Where Yoga meets Practical Magick and Neuroscience

A Friday night  of magick  for mind, body, and soul. 

The Goddess Collective was born from my love of weaving yoga, practical magic, and neuroscience into one transformational practice. For the past four years, I’ve guided seasonal lunar retreats, gatherings under the full and new moons where we would move, meditate, journal, and work with the energy of the moment. These turned into regular monthly half day workshops, but now that same alchemy of movement, magic, and mindset has been distilled into a format you can return to regularly. By bringing this work into a twice-monthly rhythm, we keep the momentum going, stay aligned with our goals, and integrate transformation into everyday life.

This isn’t just a yoga practice. It’s practical magic for your mind, body, and future.

A two-hour transformation practice designed to help you awaken awareness, reconnect with your goals, and step into the version of you that you’re ready to become.

 

We begin with 15 minutes of intention-setting and journaling, using prompts to align with your personal goals often using the current astrological energy to direct these prompts. This is your moment to tune in to where you are now, and where you want to be.

 

From there, we move into 45 minutes of standing mandala-style yoga. Beginner-friendly, prop-supported, and flowing around the mat. Every sequence is designed to shift stagnant energy, strengthen your body, and prepare you for the deep inner work ahead.

 

Next, we journey into the Inner Workspace via a 20/30-minute guided meditation that blends breathwork, structured visualisation, and inner exploration.

You may meet your inner child, connect with future versions of yourself, or walk through a symbolic space that holds the keys to your next chapter.

 

We close with another 15 minutes of journaling to capture your insights, anchor your goals, and set a course of action for the weeks ahead.

 

You can expect Eye masks, crystals, oracle cards and printed mantras to help you elevate your practice . 

Please bring your note book for your journalling practice, your own cup for post-practice tea and any blankets, pillows and props you may want for your meditation practice.

• Price: £30 per class / £25 each when you book two. 

Existing studio members: £25 per class / £20 each when you book two.
