Whether you are discovering Aerial Hoop for the first time, exploring the strength and grace of Pole or floating into deep rest with with an Aerial Yoga practice, there's a place for you here.

Vertical Addiction is a Wellbeing studio offering a variety of classes with the emphasis on mindful movements, self care and building confidence. The fitness part of what we do is the delicious cherry on top.

Aerial Yoga Sessions
